强保留丙氰基键合相。适合碱性化合物和氨基基团化合物
其符合美国药典USP L10方法要求。其是专门为分析碱性化合物而设计的。对药物及含有氨基(amino)功能团的化合物具有高的保留值。对极性大的碱性化合物有很高的保留能力。
爱露碱性色谱柱也可以同时分析酸性,碱性和中性化合物的混合物,其有两种分离方式(正相和反相)。
反相条件下:爱露碱性色谱柱的固定相是氰基,它在反相色谱条件下对含氮的药物有很强的保留能力,是液质联用分析的理想色谱柱。甚至单纯采用反相流动相(水:乙腈混合物)爱露碱性色谱柱也会因为有机相比例的不同而表现出不同的分离模式。这对于LC/MS分析是很有利的 因为高比例的有机相是质谱响应的*条件。
正相条件下:流动相中有机相比例越高, 分析物保留能力增强,减弱了与溶剂前沿的相互作用,同时提高了质谱响应信号。在分析阿米替林的实例中利用爱露碱性色谱柱,有机相比普通柱高出45%, 同时质谱信号增加了239%
